Registration for the 5th Annual College Hockey Experience, presented by Smart Hockey, LLC in partnership with the Anaheim Jr. Ducks is now OPEN! This year’s camp will be held at The Rinks Anaheim Ice from Friday, May 19th through Sunday, May 21st for all Midget and Bantam aged players.  The College Hockey Experience is the only camp in California run entirely by NCAA coaches who will work directly with all players and it has become recognized as one of the best experiences in the spring. As the coaches themselves will tell you, the groundwork for many scholarships has been laid at this camp.

This year’s camp will be composed of three (3) separate divisions:

-       The Midget Camp will be held from Friday, May 19th through Sunday, May 21st for players born in 2000, 2001 and 2002, who will be divided amongst four (4) teams.  Each team will play three (3) games, and have one team practice. Additional positional practices will be held for forwards and defenseman separately. All participants in the Midget Camp and their families may also attend the NCAA Coaches panel to learn crucial information on the recruitment process.

-       The Bantam Camp is open to players born in 2003 and 2004 and will run from Friday, May 19th, through Sunday, May 22nd. Bantam Camp participants will have practices and games led entirely by NCAA Division I coaches. All players and their families can attend the NCAA Coaches panel to begin educating themselves on the college hockey recruiting and scholarship process. The Bantam Camp is limited to two (2) teams who will play two (2) games and have two (2) practices.

-       The Goalie Camp will be held on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st for all goalies born from 2000 through 2004. The Goalie Camp will be led by coach David Lassonde, a member of USA Hockey’s prestigious Warren Strelow Goalie Mentoring Program.

All games and practices will be coached by current NCAA coachesCurrently confirmed to attend this year’s camp include: Mike Gibbons (St. Cloud), David Lassonde (Dartmouth), Kevin Patrick (Vermont), Brian Wiseman (Michigan), Brent Brekke (Miami), Alex Hicks (ASU), RJ Enga (Colorado College), and Brett Larson (Minnesota-Duluth). Additional coaches will be added pending confirmation of their schedules. As in all prior years, we expect 10 different NCAA Division 1 schools to be represented.

This camp draws players from all over California, the western United States, and western Canada, and spots fill quickly.  In order to secure your spot in the camp, please select the appropriate link below:
