Sean is in his 12th season as a head coach, and his fifth with the Jr. Ducks, after seven seasons with the Jr. Gulls. He holds a Level 4 coaching certification from USA Hockey and regularly attends coaching seminars during the summer.

Sean has coached at every level of youth hockey, from B to AAA. His focus on team and player development through the years is evidenced by the numerous former players of his competing in minor pro, NCAA Division I and III and Tier 1 and 2 juniors. 

Sean grew up in Southern California and enjoyed a highly successful playing career with the Jr. Gulls out of Escondido. Teams he played on captured two CAHA State championships, two Pacific District titles and once earned a bronze medal at the USA Hockey Youth Nationals.
